Morristown Medical Center – Plant O&M

After Morristown’s 4.6 MW CHP plant was completed and we turned operations over to the hospital, BC Energy continued to have an onsite presence. BC Energy has provided on-going training, consisting of Q&A sessions, reviews of operating procedures, and real-time drills to ensure that the staff was confident and ready to handle all aspects of the plant’s operation. BC Energy exposed MMC’s operations staff to individual and overall integrative plant testing and training, extensive walkthroughs, paper drawings and troubleshooting.
