Striving to achieve net-zero carbon and net-zero energy usage, a vast solar array (215 kW) was installed adjacent to this newly rehabilitated senior housing facility and over top of a new geothermal well field to maximize green space. The solar array will cover 98% of the building’s annual electricity supply.
