Morristown Medical Center – Plant O&M

After Morristown Medical Center’s 4.6 MW CHP plant was completed and operations were turned over to the hospital, BC Energy remained on-site to provide in-depth operations and training support. BC Energy provided on-going training, consisting of Q&A sessions, reviews of operating procedures, and real-time drills to ensure that the staff was confident and ready to handle all aspects of the plant’s operation. BC Energy exposed MMC’s operations staff to individual and overall integrative plant testing and training, extensive walkthroughs, paper drawings and troubleshooting.
